Quality Inn & Suites Lakewood - Denver Southwest

Lots of clean nice pillows. Nice clean bathroom. Bedding was clean room seem to be nice and clean. Pleasant front staff small and quaint decent breakfast. Parking was really tight I had to park on the opposite side of the entrance and I was a solo woman alone disabled and it was kind of scary for me at night to be walking disabled with a limp in the snow. All the cars had parked so close to the other car since the parking spaces were so small I couldn't fit my Cadillac into any parking spaces so I had to pack up on the other side of the building because I guess they were full or something I don't know why the parking lot was so tight with cars. I thought the night staff was very pleasant same with the morning staff. Though there was not much selection for breakfast what they had at least filled your stomach and was there for the full time stated..

The room itself was very nice, clean, refurbished, well laid out etc. The lobby and elevator could use some work, but you just pass through those the room itself was great.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Also, the microwave is a huge plus.

Beds were very comfortable. Clean.

Heather as a concierge stood out, she went way above and beyond to help everyone. The room was clean, everything worked and was as expected. Nothing exceptional. I did not experience the breakfast for I need to be at work at 7am, so I always missed it. They adapted well to the Covid requirements without reducing services.
